Forum Fees: 350 € + VAT per person
PhD Poster section Fee: 100 € + VAT per person
Early bird registration Fee till 15.04.2010: 250 € + VAT per person
Forum Registration includes attendance at the sessions, a copy of the forum proceedings, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch each day and attendance at the Social Event on 26 May 2010. Application Forms should be completed and returned to the address below and must be accompanied with the correct payment. Attendance at the event will only be confirmed on receipt of the full payment. Each paper must have at least one author registered by Monday, 02 May 2010, to avoid the paper being withdrawn from the forum proceedings.
Conditions of Booking
Forms should (fill out our registration form) be received no later than Monday, 08 April 2011. All participants registering less than one week before the date of the event are advised to bring a copy of their registration form with them.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received seven days prior to the event, a refund of 50% of the total fee will be made. If no notice of cancellation is received, no refund can be made. The SIL4S reserves the right to cancel any event. In this case, the full fee will be refunded unless a mutually convenient transfer can be arranged.
